QUICK AND EASY MILA ELECTROLYTE DRINK©
6 cups coconut milk
2 tablespoons Mila seed
2 cups ice
Place ingredients in blender or Vitamix as listed and blend on high for 1 minute. Place in water bottle, camelback or otherhydration pack for during training.
