Liza’s Delicious Smoothie

1 cup  almond or organic milk
1 cup  fat-free Greek yogurt
1  whole banana
1-4 scoops  Mila
1 tbsp  natural/organic crunchy peanut butter or coconut oil
1 tsp  organic cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients in a blender and add ice. Blend until smooth. Makes two servings.
