ALMOND BANANA RECOVERY SMOOTHIE©

1 cups water
5 bananas – peeled
1 small handful of almonds (soaked, rinsed and drained – may also be peeled)
3 Tablespoons of Mila seed
¼ whole organic vanilla bean
2 cups ice

Place ingredients in blender or Vitamix as listed and blend on high for 1 minute. Drink 1 hour after workout for optimal protein assimilation.
