Lifemax Announces A New Diamond: Susan Caray

Go Susan, Go

Susan, you did it! Here is a woman who came out of the gate ON FIRE for Mila, for Lifemax, for health, for wealth, and for all that this incredible company has to offer. That fire quickly turned into a blaze, and she now leads a hot group of Mila Chicks (and Chick Magnets, thank you very much) down the path to victory and true independent business ownership through Lifemax. Congratulations, Susan Caray!
Susan reached the very high eligibility requirements to call herself a Diamond Director during the SHINE gala, but since we don’t recognize rank until we finalize commissions, we couldn’t officially announce her new rank (but that didn’t stop us from doing a LOT of high-fiving and hugging, now did it?!)
Susan graced our Global Director panel during SHINE’s general session, and she shared her story of creating a Mila Chick culture as well as building a business through events. Sporting her new bling Chick tank at conference, Susan once again drew attention as a firecracker, a leader, and a very classy lady. We couldn’t be more proud of you, Susan!
Want to learn more about Susan? We’ve known she was a natural born leader for a long time now, and we wrote all about her in this 5-part leadership spotlight.
Always one to reach out and recognize others, Susan wanted to thank a few people for their help in bringing her to this major Lifemax achievement:
Wow! What an amazing convention experience in Las Vegas! It was wonderful seeing and being with our Lifemax family at Red Rock. I’m so excited about our company’s future, and the incredible leadership we all enjoy. I know how much Mila has impacted my friends and family…and can’t wait to see how much farther we will have come by the time we meet again at ONE here in Orlando next year!
On January 2, 2011 I wrote down three goals for Katie’s Sprint Group. The goals were rank advancement and dates I wanted to get there. Nine months later, I achieved the last one (Diamond Director) on the date I had written down. Looking back, I realize how hugely important setting concrete goals and BELIEVING in them is!!!! Set a goal. Own it. Look at it every day. Believe it. Live it. Achieve it!
If a leader is only as great as those who are willing to follow, then I am truly blessed. It took a lot of hard work, long hours, and dedication to reach Diamond Director during Convention week. I wouldn’t have made it without my incredible downline. What a wonderful gift it is to know that the people along for this journey make the hard work worth it! My MILA friends and family have made my experience a true joy! Thank you so much!
Having said that, there are several friends I want to specifically thank. First, my other half in business, Global Director Beth Talmadge. With her medical background, there’s not a person I trust more to educate the world about the science and health benefits of MILA. She and her husband Gary have truly become much more than just friends. They are a part of our family. Thank you Beth so much!
I’d also like to thank Heather Cortese for doing the next-to-impossible. She helped coordinate my Diamond run from home while we were at Convention. Thanks so much for your dedication, hard work and help!
At the heart of it all for me is family. My other half at home, is my husband Chip. I’m grateful for your belief in what I can accomplish with Lifemax, your faith in me, and for picking up the pieces as the best Mr. Mom in America!
Thank you to my parents, Tom and Anne Eyerly, for your help in loving and nurturing our children, Summerlyn-13, Christopher-11, Stefan-11, and Tristan-2, while I spread the MILA love.
Thank you’s as well to Janet Keeney. Janet and I started this journey together a little more than a year ago. I’m grateful for your friendship, support, and advice. You’re a great friend, and wonderful sounding board.
Speaking of leadership, I’m truly lucky to have Katie Fredricksen as a mentor. Katie has blazed a trail for all of us. Her knowledge of the business is unmatched, as is her ability to present Lifemax to the world.
Stewart Hall, Jenni Smith, and everyone at the Corporate Office, thank you!!! Stewart and Jenni, I truly appreciate your friendship and advice.
Lastly, to Jim and Sherri. Thank you for giving us this incredible opportunity to create health and wealth for our families and the world and for continuing to strive to make Lifemax the greatest company (and family) in the world!
