Calling all Lifemax superstars to the stage! If you have a talent – hidden or not so hidden – you could win up to $1,000 in cash at our upcoming ONE Annual Conference! Whether you’re an opera singer or a break dancer, we want you to show us what you’ve got. And anything goes!
Do you have the MAX Factor? Send us a quick video clip – five minutes or less – showcasing your talent. We’ll pick the top five acts to perform onstage at our ONE Gala on Saturday, October 13, where a panel of MAX Factor judges will choose the top three winners to receive up to $1,000 in cash! The prizes are as follows:
- 1st Place: $1,000.00
- 2nd Place: $750.00
- 3rd Place: $500.00

Rules and Regulations:
- Limit one entry per Distributor or Customer ID.
- Talent can be in any category.
- All video clips must be emailed to online@lifemax.net and must include the contestant’s name, Distributor or Customer ID, phone number, email and link or file attachment to the five-minute maximum audition video.
- Video clip must be submitted no later than August 15, 2012 at midnight to qualify.
- Top five chosen acts will be announced via Facebook by August 31, 2012.
- Top five finalists chosen are responsible for all travel, hotel accommodations and fees associated with the ONE Annual Conference.
- Lifemax reserves the right to use these statements, photographs and videos voluntarily submitted to its Support Department from Distributors and Customers in its promotional material without any financial or other compensation. I further acknowledge that Lifemax may amend and tailor my video footage at any time without further input, consideration or communication with me regarding that/those statements to suit its promotional needs, without limit to time and date as long as the general spirit of my statements are maintained.
