BECOMING A LIFEMAX DISTRIBUTOR
![]()
How does a person become a Lifemax Distributor?
A person must be sponsored into the Lifemax business by an existing Lifemax Distributor.
Is it expensive to start a Lifemax business?
No. In fact, only a small enrollment fee is required to become a Lifemax Distributor. The enrollment fee provides the new Distributor with access to an online back office system, gives the new Distributor their own Personal Business website and provides the new Distributor with start-up and training material. If a Distributor decides not to continue with their Lifemax business, this annual fee is partially refundable on a prorated basis.
Are there ongoing costs to remain a Lifemax Distributor?
Yes, there is an annual renewal fee each year to keep your Back Office and Personal Business Website active.
Are Lifemax Distributors employees of the company?
No. Lifemax Distributors are independent contractors and not employees of the company.
Can I own more than one Lifemax business?
No. Each Lifemax business is defined by an individual Social Security Number or Employer ID Number (EIN) and only one such number is allowed per Distributor in accordance with the Lifemax Policies and Procedures.
Do Distributors have to make minimum purchases?
Yes and no. Lifemax Distributors are not required to make any minimum or ongoing purchases. There is a $69.95 annual fee to maintain your back office, website, etc. In order to participate in all aspects of the compensation plan a distributor must meet his Personal Business Volume (PBV) of 60 BV per month whether this is through their purchases or those of their customers.
Does Mila™ come with a guarantee?

I am unsure as to how to “place” people in my downline. How do I receive help with this?

If I have questions about billing, what should I do?
Contact billing@Lifemax.net for any issues pertaining to your invoices or credit card purchases.
Does Lifemax have any influence over a Distributor’s business?
To become a Lifemax Distributor, an individual must accept the Lifemax Policies and Procedures and agree to abide by them and the Rules of Conduct. Each year, they voluntarily renew that promise when they renew their Lifemax business. Our Rules promote ethical direct selling principles and provide practical procedures for all Distributors to observe in operating their Lifemax businesses. The Rules of Conduct, which are largely in accordance with local, legal requirements, mandate certain business practices to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and to preserve harmony among Distributors. Lifemax has the right to enforce these Rules through its contract with its Distributors—up to and including terminating that contract.
Why do people choose to have a Lifemax business or pursue other multilevel marketing opportunities?
We believe there are a variety of reasons for being part of a multilevel marketing business that apply to Lifemax as well:
• Build a career and own their own business
• Improve their quality of life by working part time for some additional family income
• Achieve specific short-term goals
• Buy products they like at wholesale/discount prices
• Recommend products they like to others
• Receive personal recognition and encouragement
Around the world, the Lifemax business opportunity provides a low-cost, low-risk means to achieve all this – and more. For instance, it:
• Helps people to develop and refine their business skills
• Provides people with the flexibility to organize and manage their time as they wish, without the constraints of the typical job
• Gives families a chance to work closely together and develop stronger ties
• Is a way to meet other people and develop new friendships
• Gives opportunities to those who might not otherwise have them to succeed on their own.
Is it true that you don’t have to sell the products to earn money?
The entire compensation plan of Lifemax is fueled by the sale of product. It is our goal to build a consumption model of (5) customers for each distributor.
What Are My Responsibilities as a Lifemax Distributor?
We want our Distributors to be passionate about the product because that is the foundation of a successful business. If you believe in the product then you will be able to share your passion for it and gather customers, as well as introduce others to the business. It is important that you properly represent the business and the product. To that end, our product is not a drug and we don’t want you to have to explain all of the benefits. We would rather you direct people directly to the website, www.Lifemax.net for detailed information about the product and its benefits. Furthermore, it is our desire to properly represent the Lifemax business as a business. It is not a “get rich quick” scheme. It is not a lottery ticket. It is an opportunity to build a business based around an incredible product that has the potential to create long-term income. As with any business it takes hard work, dedication and commitment to achieve success.
Do I have to sponsor new Distributors to earn money in Lifemax?
No. You can make money by sponsoring Preferred Customers into your organization and then earning the difference between the wholesale price of the product and the Preferred Customer price of the product. You can also earn money by creating retail customers and earning the difference between the wholesale price of the product and the suggested retail price of the product.
Can I earn commissions in the Maximizer compensation plan without sponsoring new Distributors?
No. You must activate your Business Center(s) by placing an appropriate product activation order and you must sponsor at least one new Distributor on each side of your business and each new Distributor must place an appropriate product activation order in order for you to qualify to earn commissions.
Is the monthly qualification of point volume based on the calendar months?
Yes.
Do I have to wait until after I place my Business Activation Order to build my business?
No. You can begin sponsoring people and signing up customers, but in order to participate in the full compensation plan you will need to place your Product Activation Order. Please see the Lifemax Compensation Plan for more information.
Can I sponsor people even if I haven’t placed my activation order and will I get the startup bonus from people I sponsor signing up as silver/gold/platinum before I place my activation order?
By purchasing the Business Builder Package at $69.95 you are entitled to receive income from preferred and retail customers as well as any direct sales commissions generated by those distributors that you personally sponsored. However, to participate in the Binary Compensation Plan as well as all matching bonuses, you must place an activation order.
What are qualifications for earning commissions?
Please see the Compensation Plan section of the website.
One of the benefits of signing up for the Platinum level is the ability to “re-enter” the downline. Where will this re-entry occur?
You can re-enter your business anywhere that you deem it most beneficial to those people within your business.
With Platinum Orders, can people provide a certain number of Points of Presence to Lifemax and then submit the rest at a later date for their total of 50?
Yes — splitting your 50 Points of Presence is perfectly acceptable although a time limit will be required (TBD).
With Platinum Orders, can the Points of Presence be sent internationally with the POP orders?
We will only be shipping domestically at this time.
