Recap: British Columbia, Canada | 11-12-11
Submitted by Global Director Susan Szabo
Last weekend we had two spectacular events in British Columbia. After a long night of flying, they arrived in Vancouver ready to ROCK! Not only did they educate and inspire, they melted hearts with their passion for our business, their love for each other and their relaxed humor. For those who have only experienced Chris on a computer, I have to say, it doesn’t do him justice! He is a powerful, warm and endearing leader.
The events were seamless. Mia and Andy Torr (Managers) with the help of the BC team doubled the numbers we had when Kimmy and I were there in September! We had close to 100 people, most of which stayed for the training.
Our Super Saturday in Whistler was beyond SUPER. We had around 140 people! Nicole Bush, Executive Director and Aly Casagrande, Director made sure everything ran smoothly and we were treated like royalty. Chris and Kim both commented on how exceptionally well-run the events were. I would like to thank Nicole, Aly, Mia and Andy for stepping up and taking on such a strong leadership role. We could not have done it without you! Special thanks to Karen & Rob Phillips, Helen Bradley, Erin Worrod, Hazel Gray and the rest of team BC for your support and help.
My daughter Kira and I were so impressed by how caring everyone was on this trip. The in-homes that I presented at earlier in the week in White Rock and Chemainus were standing-room only! Thank you Shirley & Bryn Taylor and Janice & Rob West for being such gracious hosts.
Team Canada is on fire! Why? Is it luck? Nope. They are following the system – recaps, weekly in-homes and duplicating, duplicating, duplicating!
I am so excited to go back in February with Katie Fredricksen to see what they have in store for us.
Aloha, Susan Szabo, Global Director
