Mila Cheese Spread
Cheese Spread: Good for you and tastes great!
1.5 cups feta cheese
1.5 cups cream cheese
2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grape seed oil
2 cloves real garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 full scoop Mila
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. This delicious recipe can be made ahead of time! You can serve at room temperature for softer spread, or you can serve cold for slicing.
Serve with crackers, bread, nacho chips, or veggies.

Chicken Wing Dip
8 oz. shredded chicken or chicken chunks (canned or fresh)
16 oz. cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Anchor Bar wing sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
1-2 scoops Mila
Mix cream cheese, chicken, ½ cup wing sauce and Mila in a bowl with electric mixer.
Spread mixture into an 8″ x 8″ baking pan.
Mix together remaining wing sauce (¼ cup) and ¼ cup blue cheese dressing together.
Pour on top and spread with a spoon. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving with your favorite chips or crackers.

“Marilyn” Blue Crab Dip
1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 cup crab meat
1/4 cup diced green onion
1 tablespoon minced red chili pepper
1/4 teaspoon Mila
1 tablespoon mild green chili or fine bell pepper
2 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese
Garnish:
paprika
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
Preheat oven to broil. Combine all ingredients except 1 tablespoon of cheese (save the other for the garnish). Spread mixture into bottom of an oven safe dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the surface of the dip.Broil for 3 or 4 minutes or until cheese on top begins to brown. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika, remaining cheese and fresh minced parsley. Serve with tortilla chips, pitas or crackers for dipping.
Makes 2 cups.

Linda’s Miracle Salsa
2 large cans chopped canned tomatoes
1 medium red onion chopped
3 to 4 cloves of garlic mined
1 bunch cilantro chopped
2 to 3 scoops Mila
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with your favorite Corn Chips.

Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip
1 10oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 14oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 8oz. package fat-free cream cheese
3/4 Cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 Cups Monterey Jack cheese
1 Package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
5 Tablespoons Mila
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 Package of tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except ½ cup of Monterey Jack cheese. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish, then top with remaining ½ cup of cheese. Bake for 35 minutes or until dip is hot. Arrange with platter of chips.

Brushetta Appetizer
8 Campari Tomatoes
2 Cups Olive Oil
5 Tbsp Mila
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Chopped Basil
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Package of Bagel Chips or Brushetta bread crostinis
Chop Campari Tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Arrange Bagel Chips on platter and place 1 teaspoon of mixture onto each chip
