<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_1' ></a>ACTIVATED DISTRIBUTOR</p>
<p>An enrolled distributor who purchases a Product Activation Order (Silver/Gold/Platinum).</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_2' ></a>ACTIVE DISTRIBUTOR</p>
<p>A distributor who satisfies the minimum Personal Business Volume (PBV) requirements, as set forth in the Lifemax Compensation Plan.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_3' ></a>AUTOSHIP</p>
<p>A pre-programmed automatic delivery of Mila available to distributors and Preferred Customers.</p>

<p>A distributor’s position or spot in the “binary” placement tree of their Lifemax organization.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_5' ></a>BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY PRESENTATION</p>
<p>Presentation outlining the basics of the product and the opportunity.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_6' ></a>BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP BONUS</p>
<p>A matching bonus paid monthly (ranging from 10-50%) based upon the GVB earned by the distributor’s personally-sponsored downline. Eligibility and payout level is determined by rank.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_7' ></a>BUSINESS VOLUME (BV)</p>
<p>Points assigned to every Lifemax product for purposes of calculating commissions and bonuses.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_8' ></a>DEVELOPER BONUS POOL</p>
<p>A bonus pool based on 2% of Global BV split among the Top 10 personal EAQ-makers in any calendar month. This bonus is paid monthly and is based upon the month a new EAQ becomes qualified.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_9' ></a>DISTRIBUTOR NET PRICE</p>
<p>The wholesale price paid for Lifemax products by Lifemax Independent Distributors of good standing.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_10' ></a>EAQ 360</p>
<p>A qualified distributor who, in a given commission week, accrues at least 360 team BV on the lesser team leg.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_11' ></a>ENROLLED DISTRIBUTOR</p>
<p>An individual who purchases the Lifemax Business Builder Package and is therefore eligible to purchase product at distributor-net price, and earn Retail and Preferred Customer profit, Personal BV Bonus and Product Activation Bonus.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_12' ></a>GROUP VOLUME BONUS (GVB)</p>
<p>A weekly bonus paid to active and qualified distributors based upon a calculation of 10% of the BV of the lesser team leg.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_13' ></a>LARGE LEG STABILIZER (LLS)</p>
<p>PBV measured dynamically each Saturday night at midnight for the previous rolling 30-day period earns a retention of BV that would otherwise be deducted from the large team leg at the time the weekly Group Volume Bonus is calculated. The LLS is credited weekly.<br />
Monthly BV:<br />
150 PBV OR GREATER = 50% LLS<br />
(50% of the BV that would be otherwise deducted is retained this week)<br />
300 PBV OR GREATER = 100% LLS<br />
(100% of the BV that would be otherwise deducted is retained this week)<br />
(BV attributed to Product Activation Orders and Upgrades are excluded from Large Leg Stabilizer)</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_14' ></a>LIFEMAX INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR</p>
<p>Any individual who enrolls and pays the current registration fee, who may or may not have already purchased a Product Activation Order, and who agrees to abide by the Policies and Procedures set forth by Lifemax.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_15' ></a>MENTOR BONUS</p>
<p>A 50 USD bonus paid one time to the sponsor of any personally-sponsored distributor when that distributor attains the rank of EAQ (Enrolled/Activated/Qualified) for the first time. This bonus is paid weekly.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_16' ></a>MILA</p>
<p>Lifemax’s signature product, a proprietary selection of Salvia hispanica L, a whole raw food. Mila is a combination of the Spanish words milagro, which means miracle, and semilla, which means seed. Therefore Mila is referred to as The Miracle Seed.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_17' ></a>MAXIMIZER BONUS</p>
<p>The bonus paid to distributors on the volume created by their downline distributors up to eight generations deep. Also known as the Unilevel commission.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_18' ></a>PERSONAL BUSINESS VOLUME (PBV)</p>
<p>The accumulated business volume from a distributor’s personal purchases (casual or autoship) and those of Retail and Preferred Customers. PBV is measured to determine whether a distributorship is “active,” and therefore eligible to be paid bonus and commissions.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_19' ></a>PERSONAL BV BONUS</p>
<p>A bonus calculated and paid monthly to distributors who accrue Personal BV (PBV) at specified thresholds above the required 60 PBV to remain active.<br />
Monthly BV:<br />
300 PBV earns a 25 USD Bonus after the close of the month<br />
500 PBV earns a 45 USD Bonus after the close of the month<br />
1,000 PBV earns a 90 USD Bonus after the close of the month<br />
(BV attributed to Product Activation Orders and Upgrades are excluded from PBV Bonus)</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_20' ></a>PIN RANK</p>
<p>A distributor’s highest rank achieved as a Lifemax Independent Distributor.  Also known as “Business Card” rank.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_21' ></a>POINTS OF PRESENCE (POPs)</p>
<p>A Point of Presence, or POP, is a unique aspect of the Platinum Product Activation Order. A total of 50 of the total 80 units in a Platinum package are held and sent with shipping paid by Lifemax to the Platinum distributor’s designees.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_22' ></a>PREFERRED CUSTOMER</p>
<p>Customer who elects to purchase Mila at a discounted price on a regularly scheduled basis (monthly or bimonthly), but does not become a Lifemax Independent Distributor.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_23' ></a>PRODUCT ACTIVATION BONUS</p>
<p>A bonus paid to the sponsor equal to 30% of the BV of any Product Activation Order sale to a personally-sponsored distributor (54 USD Silver / 216 USD Gold / 720 USD Platinum). 50% is paid upon activation. The remaining 50% is paid if the new personally-sponsored distributor becomes EAQ within 60 days of their enrollment date.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_24' ></a>PRODUCT ACTIVATION ORDER</p>
<p>An initial product order of Mila available in three levels: Silver (6 packages), Gold (24 packages) and Platinum (80 packages). Packages are 16 oz.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_25' ></a>QUALIFIED DISTRIBUTOR</p>
<p>An active distributor who has at least one personally-sponsored and activated distributor placed on their left and right team legs; a distributor at the rank of EAQ.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_26' ></a>QUALIFIED RANK</p>
<p>The actual attained rank for any given commission period based upon the current rank qualification metrics, and the rank used to calculate commissions for Lifemax Independent Distributors.  Also known as “Paid-as” or “Paid-on” rank.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_27' ></a>RANK</p>
<p>The title associated with the level of achievement attained by an Lifemax Independent Distributor. There are two types of ranks: Pin Rank and Qualified Rank. Pin Rank is the highest rank or title that a distributor has achieved pursuant to the Lifemax Compensation Plan. This is also known as the “business card” rank. The Qualified Rank or Paid-On Rank is a dynamic designation of rank based upon the actual performance of your organization. Maximizer and Business Partnership Bonuses are based upon your Qualified Rank.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_28' ></a>RETAIL CUSTOMER</p>
<p>A customer who purchases Lifemax products at retail price.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_29' ></a>SELF-REPLICATED WEBSITE</p>
<p>The personalized website that each distributor receives upon enrolling in the Lifemax business. This is your one-stop e-commerce site that allows prospects to learn about Lifemax, purchase product, or become a distributor.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_30' ></a>SPONSOR</p>
<p>A distributor who takes the responsibility to personally enroll and mentor a new distributor.</p>
<p class="ez-question"><a name='ezfaq_31' ></a>TEAM OFFICE (TO)</p>
<p>Team Office is a complete distributor back office that empowers Lifemax Independent Distributors to manage every aspect of their Lifemax business—from real-time team and genealogy growth to order and commission tracking—and includes robust reporting, information management, and powerful communication tools. </p>
