Lifemax is pleased to announce that we will begin funding Citi Prepaid Visa cards on Friday following the close of each weekly commission cycle instead of the following Monday as previously communicated. This new process went into effect last Friday, December 16th, and will allow extra time for any ACH transactions to process, enabling you to receive your commission sooner.

Here are a few FAQ’s about the Citi Prepaid Visa Card

How do I activate my card?

A. If you received your card with an activation sticker on the front, simply call the phone number on the sticker and follow the instructions presented over the telephone. If you do not have an activation sticker on the front of your card, it is not necessary to activate the card.

How do I view my card activity online?

A. Viewing your card activity online is as simple as one, two, three:

1. Visit the website, the address is printed on the back of your card.
2. Register at the site by providing a username and password.
3. Click the “My Account” icon on the top of your screen. Your card activity will be listed for your review.

How can I access my funds?

A. You have several options for accessing your funds. You can make purchases anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, transfer funds to your existing bank account via ACH, and withdraw cash from ATMs worldwide.

How can I check my balance?

A. You can check your balance by logging into prepaid.citi.com/lifemax or by texting BAL to 445544. In order to receive on demand text messages, you must register your mobile number on the cardholder website during account registration.

What are the fees associated with the ACH bank transfers?

A. There could be a fee associated with making an ACH transfer. Please refer to the Disclosures and Fees page (or see #54 on the FAQ Wiki) and check with your bank for any applicable account fees.

How many days after the bank transfer does it take for the funds to be available in my personal bank account?

A. 1 – 3 business days to complete depending on the size of the bank. Larger banks have a tendency to process quicker.

ROAD TO RANK ADVANCEMENTS

For the top three ranks in the Lifemax Compensation Plan, a weekly Large Leg BV requirement has been added to the other requirements already in place. This change applies to all three paths to rank advancement: 1) Individual EAQ 360, 2) TEAM EAQ 360, and 3) Individual EAQ 360 (4 Week Look-Back):

Diamond Director:  Large Leg BV generated during each Weekly Commission Cycle must equal at least 25% of Lesser Leg BV

Double Diamond Director: Large Leg BV generated during each Weekly Commission Cycle must equal at least 35% of Lesser Leg BV

Presidential Diamond Director: Large Leg BV generated during each Weekly Commission Cycle must equal at least 45% of Lesser Leg BV

GROUP VOLUME BONUS

Effective February 1, 2012, the amount paid as GVB may be limited during any Weekly Commission Cycle in which the Large Leg Stabilizer (LLS) applies if the following criteria is not met.

For distributors with an enrollment date on or before December 31, 2011:

• For Weekly Commission Cycles ending between February 1, 2012 and June 30, 2012, if the Large Leg BV generated during the Weekly Commission Cycle is less than 25% of the Lesser Leg BV, the total BV on which GVB will be paid will be reduced by 25%.

  Example:
  1) Lesser Leg BV = 5000 BV 
  2) Large Leg BV generated during the Weekly Commission Cycle = 500 BV
  3) Large Leg BV (500) / Lesser Leg BV (5000) = 10%
  4) Reduction of current week BV for GVB = 5000 * 25% = 1250 BV
  5) Current week GVB = 5000 BV – 1250 BV=3750 BV * 10% = $375

• For Weekly Commission Cycles ending between July 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012, if the Large Leg BV generated during the Weekly Commission Cycle is less than 30% of the Lesser Leg BV, the total BV on which GVB will be paid will be reduced by 30%.
• For Weekly Commission Cycles ending between January 1, 2013 and June 30, 2013, , if the Large Leg BV generated during the Weekly Commission Cycle is less than 40% of the Lesser Leg BV, the total BV on which GVB will be paid will be reduced by 40%.
• For Weekly Commission Cycles ending between July 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013, if the Large Leg BV generated during the Weekly Commission Cycle is less than 45% of the Lesser Leg BV, the total BV on which GVB will be paid will be reduced by 45%.
• For Weekly Commission Cycles ending after January 1, 2014, , if the Large Leg BV generated during the Weekly Commission Cycle is less than 50% of the Lesser Leg BV, the total BV on which GVB will be paid will be reduced by 50%.

For distributors with an enrollment date on or after January 1, 2012:

• For Weekly Commission Cycles ending after February 1, 2012, , if the Large Leg BV generated during the Weekly Commission Cycle is less than 50% of the Lesser Leg BV, the total BV on which GVB will be paid will be reduced by 50%.

LARGE LEG STABILIZER (LLS)

For distributors with an enrollment date on or after January 1, 2012, the LLS earns retention of BV based on the 30‐day PBV thresholds below and is calculated and credited weekly:

• 300 PBV or greater = 50% LLS (i.e. 50% of the BV that would otherwise be deducted is retained and remains in the Large Leg) (NOTE: distributors are eligible for 75% LLS at Pin Rank of Diamond Director and above with 450 PBV or greater)
