Note: For a thorough narrative of the compensation plan, distributors may download the LIFEMAX Compensation Plan document from the Resource Center of the BMS back office.

Is it true that you don’t have to sell the products to earn money?

No. In fact, the entire Lifemax compensation plan is fueled by the sale of product. It is our goal to build a consumption model of five (5) customers for each distributor and to have our distributors take advantage of the convenience of Autoship.

What happens if I am not Active?

If you are not active, the BV points from Group Business Volume generated by your downline distributors on your left and right sales teams will bypass you.

What happens if I am Active but not Qualified?

As long as you are active, you will continuously accumulate Group Business Volume (GBV) generated from your downline distributors. However, only distributors who are qualified will receive the Group Volume Bonus. At the end of each weekly pay period (Saturday at 11:59pm for the previous week), the accumulated GBV total on the lesser volume leg will be deducted from the totals of both left and right sales teams regardless of whether you are an active distributor or a qualified distributor. This calculation and subsequent deduction of points, whether it triggers a bonus check to you or not, is considered a weekly “cycle.”

Is there a time limit for achieving the status of Active or Qualified distributor?

There is no time limit, nor is there any requirement to achieve active or qualified status. Remember however that various bonus and commission components of the compensation plan are available only when you are active and qualified to receive them.

What is the BV point threshold for the calculation of Group Volume Bonus?

A minimum of 200 BV points of lesser leg volume is required for the calculation of Group Volume Bonus. Amounts of less than 200 points will carry over to the next commission period, provided you are an active distributor. After the first 200 BV points, the Group Volume Bonus is calculated in increments of 100 BV points. BV of less than 100 points will likewise carry over to the next commission period.

When the weekly Group Volume Bonus of 10% of lesser volume leg is paid, what deductions made to the BV totals in my left and right sales teams?

The Group Volume Bonus is paid to qualified distributors and is calculated at 10% of the volume in your lesser volume leg each week. For example, if you end the week with 100,000BV in your large volume leg and 25,000BV in your lesser volume leg, 25,000BV will be deducted from both legs. A qualified distributor would receive a GVB of $2,500 in this example. This distributor’s large volume leg will start out the next week with 75,000BV and the lesser volume leg will reset to zero.

Is there a minimum check size before a commission check is cut?

Yes. When your commission/bonus amount reaches $25, your commission check is cut and mailed to you. Amounts less than $25 accrue until the total reaches this minimum check threshold.

Can I sponsor people even if I haven’t placed my Activation Order and will I get the startup bonus from people I sponsor signing up as silver/gold/platinum before I place my activation order?

By purchasing the Business Builder Package at $69.95 you are entitled to receive income from preferred and retail customers as well as any direct sales commissions generated by those distributors that you personally sponsored. However, to participate in the Binary Compensation Plan as well as all matching bonuses, you must place an Activation Order.

When do I need to sign up for Autoship and how do I do that? What is the minimum I need to sign up for?

An Autoship order of Mila is a great idea, but is not a requirement. Distributors can satisfy their 60 PBV monthly requirement in a number of ways, including sales to Retail and Preferred customers as well as personal orders. One way to ensure that your minimum volume is always met is to create an Autoship order – simply go to the Personal Orders tab in your BMS back office and follow the simple steps.

If we sign up for the Silver or Gold package, will we be able to upgrade to a Gold or Platinum at a later date?

Yes. To upgrade within the first 30 days of becoming a distributor simply click the “Upgrade” button in your BMS and your credit card will be processed for the difference in package price. The balance of additional product will be shipped to you automatically. To upgrade after your first 30 days, the purchase of an entirely new activation order is required.

One of the benefits of signing up for the Platinum level is the ability to “re-enter” the downline. Where will this re-entry occur?

Platinum distributors may re-enter their business organization in any available downline position at any time after they reach the rank of Diamond.

With Platinum Orders, can I provide a certain number of Points of Presence to Lifemax and then submit the rest at a later date for the total of 50?

Yes — splitting your 50 Points of Presence (POPs) is perfectly acceptable although a time limit may be imposed in the future. Simply enter complete delivery information for your POP recipient and choose the quantity you would like to have shipped to them. A personalized message including your contact information is included in the box and in an email sent to them the day we ship their order.

With Platinum Orders, can the Points of Presence be sent internationally with the POP orders?

We will only be shipping domestically at this time.

Do I have to sponsor new Distributors to earn money in Lifemax?

No. You can make money by sponsoring Preferred Customers into your organization and then earning the difference between the wholesale price of the product and the Preferred Customer price of the product. You can also earn money by creating retail customers and earning the difference between the wholesale price of the product and the suggested retail price of the product.

Can I earn commissions in the Maximizer compensation plan without sponsoring new Distributors?

No. You must activate your Business Center by placing an appropriate product activation order and you must sponsor at least one new Distributor on each side of your business and each new Distributor must place an appropriate product activation order in order for you to qualify to earn commissions.

Is the monthly qualification of point volume based on the calendar months?

Yes. The month ends at midnight on the last calendar day of each month. Monthly bonus calculations are posted by the following Friday of the new month and checks are cut on the second Friday of that month.

Will the Business Volume (BV) in my business flush each pay cycle?

The BV in your lesser volume leg is subtracted from the business volume of both your larger volume leg and your lesser volume leg each time the Group Volume Bonus is calculated — regardless of whether you are qualified to be paid the GVB or not. For example, if your larger volume leg has 50,000 BV and your lesser volume leg has 10,000 BV at the end of any given week your lesser volume leg will be reset to zero and your larger volume leg will start the next pay cycle with 40,000 BV.

When a distributor purchases additional product, whether as an Autoship or a casual non-Autoship order, does he/she get credit for the BV?

When you purchase product you receive Personal Business Volume (PBV) credit for that purchase.

To remain an Active distributor and to attain/maintain various ranks within the Lifemax compensation plan, certain monthly PBV amounts are required.

When your distributorship creates PBV, that volume is also attributable to the overall volume of your Sponsor, as well as every distributor in that sales team, all the way up the tree. Hence, if you reside in the lesser volume leg of your Sponsor, the BV that is created by your order or that of your Retail or Preferred Customer is attributable to your Sponsor’s Group Volume Bonus. If you are in the large volume leg of your Sponsor, the BV that is created is attributable to the overall volume in that leg and a portion of that volume is retained in the large leg for the beginning of the next week’s volume. The same holds true for those in your downline organization and the PBV that they create.

This same volume is also attributable for full payout in the “Maximizer” or unilevel component of the compensation plan.

When someone in either my left or right sales team orders product do I get credit for that BV?

Yes, you receive credit for the BV depending on where the volume is located. If in your lesser volume leg you will receive 10% of the volume in your Group Volume Bonus provided you a Qualified Lifemax Distributor. This same BV is also attributable to the Maximizer Bonus depending on which generation the volume resides, and how many generations you are qualified to receive. If this BV is in your lesser volume leg, the BV will also contribute to you earning shares of the Developer Bonus.

On one sales team (leg) of our organization we have people that we did not sponsor, but their activation order BV was added to our Group Bonus Volume (GBV) total. Does that mean all the volume that they create will continue to accrue to our benefit?

Yes, whatever BV is produced in your downline rolls up through the sales team, all the way up the tree.

Why does the check stub that accompanies our bonus check not contain detailed information that shows how the check was calculated?

Actually, a great deal more detail than could fit on a check stub is available in your back office BMS. When you log into your back office and select the “Bonuses” tab you will find all of the bonuses you have qualified to be paid. Each bonus type has a dynamic link that you can click on to see the date range pertaining to each. When you click on that date range, details specific to that bonus type and date range are displayed under the facsimile of the Lifemax Bonus Check. The Lifemax Bonus Check depicts what is currently scheduled to be paid to you with the next commission run.
