Message from the V.P. of Sales

Coming off of two dynamic Super Saturdays, it solidifies the fact that events do drive the business. Events are so important that Step 10 in your Take Action Guide addresses this topic.

But what is an event?

An event can be defined as each and every time you are share Mila and Lifemax. Events are the Business Opportunity Presentations or Super Saturdays that are scheduled all over the country. An event is also a “one-on-one” with a prospective distributor at the local coffee shop, participation on the Corporate conference call, or attendance on one of the webinars.

However, my favorite type of event is an “in-home.” Through “in-homes,” I truly believe your business will reach the world and make Lifemax and Mila household names. My suggestion is to always take your sponsor or other person in your upline to support you during your first couple of “one-on-ones” or “in-homes,” if possible. If not, ask them to call in and wrap-up the event by answering questions, edifying you, and asking your guests if they are ready to be a part of the Lifemax Team. Remember to listen, learn, and duplicate the presentation by always using your flip chart or DVD presentation!

Events drive your business because they allow you to move groups to action. Events create a higher level of conviction and belief – in you as well as in the business. You will never stop learning in this business, which means you will never stop improving.

Lifemax Leaves its Mark…Literally!

At the Launch in October, it was said many times that everyone was ALL IN! Jim and Sherri were ALL IN. JY, Paul Rogers and the Corporate Team were ALL IN.

Brenda Barth, Supervisor of Distributor Services and Support, took this statement to heart. Brenda, along with distributors Janie Peeler and Jonathan Bridges, showed their unwavering commitment to Lifemax by getting tattoos of the Lifemax mark. Now that’s what we call dedication!

Starting 2009…the “Write” Way

This is one of my favorite times of the year. One of my favorite sayings is “out with the old and in with the new.”

January is a time to reflect on our accomplishments and mistakes of the past year and improve on it all. What are your hopes for this year? What are the things that you are looking to achieve in 2009? It is important that you put thought into this and make a list of your goals.

I think that most of you know that I have been journaling now for over 19 years. This has brought so much clarity to my life and has allowed me to be clear in the direction I wanted to go in. I encourage each of you, men and women alike, to write your thoughts out. I assure you that if you do, this will help you to focus and become clear about what you are out to accomplish in 2009.
